3·1 동지회(3·1 동지회)는 60개국에 글로벌 지부 설립을 추진하고 있습니다.
The March 1 Commercial Association (March 1 Commercial Association) is promoting the establishment of global branches in 60 countries.
우리는 전 세계에 독립과 공존의 정신을 전파하기 위해 재외동포와 평화 지도자들을 지부장으로 초대합니다. We invite overseas Koreans and peace leaders to the branch to spread the spirit of independence and coexistence around the world.

지부 설립절차 및 비용
<순서 1> 신청자 자기소개서 + 현지 대사관(영사관) 추천서 이메일로 제출 (이메일 : ului@naver.com)
<순서 2> 서류심사 / <순서 3> 면접심사 / <순서 4> 회원 가입 및 설립 계약서 작성
<순서 5> 위촉 개별통보
<순서 6> 취임식 일정 협의 및 취임식(임명장 수여)
비용
1. 협찬 기부금 : 1백만원
2. 행정비용 : 1백만원 (삼일동지회 지부 등기비용, 삼일동지회 회기, 행사용 태극기)
3. 추 후 중앙회 납입 비용 없음(특별한 경우 협의 함)
4. 지역 독립채산제 운영(본 회 중앙회 정관 및 별도 규정에 의하여 자체적으로 독립운영)
5. 단, 관할 회원들 중 본 회 인터넷 신문 “시민기자증” 발급을 원하는 회원들에게만
= 1인당 가입비(초기 1회만 해당) 3만원 + 매월 1만원 특별회비를 본회 중앙회에 납부합니다.
= 기부금 영수증을 발급 합니다.
= 필요시 애국봉사- 행안부 1365 자원봉사 시간 인정서를 발급합니다.
